Return Process

  Log in to your Jolla Shop account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Request Return' button for the specific device you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the electronic item in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
